All images appearing in The Collaborative Photo-Haiku Project on this website and in printed formats are the exclusive property of Tif Holmes and are protected under the United States and International Copyright Laws. These images may not be printed, reproduced, digitally or physically manipulated in any way. Images may be re-posted to participating haiku artists’ individual websites, only if the following Terms of Use are observed. 

Terms of Use

If you have posted the haiku to the project and you feel a great desire to post my photo(s) with that haiku on your own website–and only on your own website–you may do so. In return, I ask that you please respect my time and creative efforts, as well as my business goals by 1) providing a direct link back to the photo where it appears on the project site; 2) by not manipulating the photograph in any way (this includes placing haiku text on the photo); and 3) by not printing the photograph.

Under no circumstances is it permissible to reproduce or sell the photographs–in digital or physical form–with or without your haiku attached to them.

Under no circumstances is it permissible to submit the photographs to any contests, anthologies, or similar interests, with or without your haiku attached to them.
